​Purchase Conditions

Placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the price offered and the general sales conditions in force at that time. Once the order has been formalised, the purchase will be deemed to have been completed by full right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment on, the prices and conditions will be contractual and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalise the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalised will be archived and the user will have access to it in their customer area.

Shipping
Delivery times depend on the service selected in the purchase process: between 24 and 72 hours at the customer's choice (in Spain-Peninsula). In rural areas far from urban centres, it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on all products offered. In orders with several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.

The customer must inform us as soon as possible about the integrity of all the components of the order and check that everything that should be included in the included products is included.

An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.

In the event of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident to the transport company and also leave a record of it with the transport company.

Returns
In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, within a period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise by the customer. To do so, the conditions set out on this conditions page must be met. Returns will be processed through our Contact Form by selecting the Customer Service - Returns option.

 

Return conditions for private customers
Returns will not be accepted for certain products in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, such as personalized products, sealed sound or video recordings, goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, among others.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition, in perfect condition and protected.

The transport costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer.

Once the merchandise has been received and it has been verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

Return conditions for companies/professionals
Returns of unsealed material in perfect condition will only be accepted within 15 calendar days after receipt.

Returns will be processed as commercial returns, since there is no law that regulates the rights of return between companies.

Guarantees
All information regarding product guarantees is found in the guarantees section.

Order cancellations
Order cancellations that involve a return to the customer and that are by bank transfer or credit card, will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days for administrative procedures, trying to ensure that the period does not exceed 7 days.

Disposal of waste electronic equipment (WEEE)
The user may deliver batteries and EEE at specific collection points. The WEEE must comply with current regulations and may be deposited within a period of thirty (30) calendar days at specific points of sale, showing the simplified invoice proving the EEE purchased.

Dispute resolution
Our entity is affiliated with Confianza Online. For the resolution of conflicts, the user can go to its extrajudicial dispute resolution system. In addition, please note that you can access the European Union's online dispute resolution platform here.
